Dakota Heath

Dakota Heath has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at E-mail Solutions, Inc, where they provided customer service and technical support for various products. In 2018, Dakota moved on to TierPoint as a Help Desk Services Team Lead. They then joined Oriental Trading Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company in 2019 as an IT Service Desk Lead, where they served in a leadership capacity, acted as a Change Manager, and worked as a ServiceNow Admin and Developer. Currently, Dakota is working at Leidit, LLC as a Senior ServiceNow Developer starting from April 2022.

Dakota Heath completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. They obtained this degree in 2021. In addition, Dakota has obtained several certifications from ServiceNow. These include the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. The certifications were obtained in 2022, with the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification obtained in March, the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response certification obtained in June, the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management certification obtained in September, and the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification obtained in November.
