Michele Mintz Brown is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Health Group at Leidos, Michele also holds the role of Corporate Ethics and Compliance Counsel. With a career trajectory that includes positions such as SVP, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel, and Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Leidos since 2013, Michele has cultivated a strong foundation in legal leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President for Legal & Assistant General Counsel at SAIC and as Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP. Michele's legal journey began as an Associate at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald. Michele's education includes a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
