Minga Lee

Minga Lee serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Leidos since April 2016, where responsibilities include developing innovative technology roadmaps and overseeing the migration of applications to AWS within the GMS environments. Concurrently, Minga Lee is the CEO and Founder of Open Eye Innovations, focusing on cutting-edge technology applications. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Lockheed Martin from May 2001 to August 2016, holding various positions such as Program Manager and Engineering Program Manager, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and ensuring project deliveries met technical and quality standards. Minga Lee holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Penn State University Great Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Savannah State University.
