Starlene Keppel

Starlene Keppel, CAP, ACEA, currently serves as a Program Administrator within the Defense Enterprise IT Modernization Division at Leidos since March 2021. Prior to this role, Starlene held various executive assistant positions at companies such as General Dynamics Information Technology, CACI International Inc, and General Dynamics Mission Systems, providing high-level support to executive leaders, including the Executive Vice President in Defense Systems. Starlene's experience includes strategic support for major integration efforts valued at $10 billion and administrative assistance to senior executives across diverse sectors. Starlene's educational background includes studies at Southern Virginia University.
