Paolo Possa

Paolo Possa is an experienced executive with a robust background in sales and management, currently serving as General Manager at Leister Technologies Italia since June 2013. Prior to this role, Paolo held various leadership positions at Hilti Italia from June 2002 to December 2012, including Sales Director Key Account and Sales Director, overseeing substantial sales teams and achieving an annual turnover exceeding 30 million Euros. Earlier career experiences include managing export sales at Uniloy and Impianti OMS, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets, as well as serving as a Sales Engineer at Snam Rete Gas.
