Daren Cole is an experienced professional in the ski and resort hospitality industry, currently serving as President of Leitner-Poma Of America since 2014, where the focus is on business development and strategic planning for cable transport systems across North America. Prior to this role, Daren owned and led Synergy Solutions and Synergy Sales Solutions, specializing in business development and strategic sales planning for the Active Lifestyle Travel Industry. Daren has also held significant positions such as General Manager/Vice President at Powderhorn Mountain Resort and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Daren's career commenced at Vail Resorts as Director of National Sales, with educational credentials including a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing from Colorado State University.
