Helena Almroth

Helena Almroth is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Lejonfastigheter AB since January 2016. In this role, Helena leads the HR area with a focus on societal benefit, customer relationships, employee development, and digitalization. Previously, as Head of HR at Lejonfastigheter from November 2011 to December 2015, Helena established and managed the HR function, encompassing recruitment, rehabilitation, labor law, negotiations, health promotion initiatives, and staff development. Prior to this, Helena worked as an HR Partner at Scania Group from June 2008 to November 2011, addressing both strategic and operational HR matters. Helena holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Law from Linnaeus University and has pursued further education in coaching, occupational health, leadership development, and presentations.
