Caroline Elfors

Caroline Elfors is an experienced psychologist and leader currently serving as the Chairman of the Municipal Executive Board and Opposition Councilor for Lekebergs kommun since October 2021. As the owner of CaroMira Psykolog AB since November 2020, Caroline also works as a licensed psychologist at Mindler since May 2021 and previously held the same role at Kry from April 2019 to April 2021. Caroline's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Statens institutionsstyrelse, serving as a licensed psychologist at the LVM facility Runnagården, specializing in the treatment of women with substance use and psychiatric issues from September 2012 to November 2020. Caroline began professional training as a PTP psychologist at Beroendecentrum Örebro with Region Örebro län from June 2011 to June 2012. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Linköping University, completed between 2005 and 2011, and attended Oslo and Akershus University College from 2002 to 2004.
