Rodolphe Boschet

Rodolphe Boschet is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership positions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People and Sustainability Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at LEM since September 2020, Rodolphe has previously held significant roles including Vice President of HR Integration at Danaher Corporation and SVP of Human Resources & Communications at Beckman Coulter. Other notable positions include Vice President of Global Human Resources and Communications at Radiometer and various HR leadership roles at Beckman Coulter, DATASCOPE, and Cartier International. Rodolphe holds a Master's degree in International HR from Ecole normale supérieure, an ICF ICTP coaching certification from the Global Coaching Institute, and a DEA in Politics from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
