Viktoria Aleksieva

Viktoria Aleksieva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at LEM since November 2023. Previously, Viktoria worked as an HR Expert/HRBP at Festo from September 2017 to October 2023 and held various HR-related positions at Titan Zlatna Panega Cement AD from November 2005 to August 2017, including Training & Development Specialist and HR Assistant. Viktoria began the career as a Technical Assistant at the Municipality Centre for Sustainable Development from August 2004 to November 2005. Educationally, Viktoria is pursuing CIPD Qualifications and holds a Master's degree in Leadership, Management & Finance from VUZF University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
