Eugene Owen

Eugene Owen is a seasoned construction professional with extensive project management experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Project Manager at Lemartec Engineering and Construction Corp. since October 2012, Eugene previously held project management roles at The Franklin Company, Atlantic Bay Builders, JJW Construction, Tri-C Construction, Holland Builders, Bascon, Inc., and CPX Construction. Notable projects include the development of multiple hangars and office spaces at various airports, including a $25 million Avborne Heavy Maintenance Hangar in Miami, and various hotel developments. Eugene Owen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
