Marina Grljusic

Marina Grljusic is an experienced professional in the fields of sales, mentoring, and business development, with a focus on the IT and tourism sectors. Currently serving as a Star Venture Startup Mentor & Advisor at EBRD since June 2022, Marina leverages over 25 years of expertise in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. As Co-Founder of Mentoring Byte since March 2020, Marina has significantly contributed to building a volunteer mentor network within the IT community. In addition, Marina holds the position of Sales Demand Generation Lead & Partnership Manager at Lemax, leading a team to drive business development for a global software provider. Previous roles include Head of Sales and Support at Include, where Marina managed a diverse team, and teaching positions, such as Professor at I.T.S. Giraldi. Marina's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Split, alongside various roles within organizations focused on youth leadership and sales strategy development.
