Claude Moisan is a seasoned professional in the field of business recovery and insolvency, currently serving as a Partner at Lemieux Nolet since 2001. In this role, Claude Moisan specializes in corporate turnaround as a controller under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (LACC) and acts as a trustee in proposals under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (LFI).
