Barbara Vercruysse

Barbara Vercruysse has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In that year, they began as a Project Manager Assistant at DBA INTERACTIVE. Barbara then moved to Dentsu Aegis Network France in 2015, where they held the role of Commercial Account Manager. In 2016, they began working at Datananas, first as Head of Customer Success and then as Customer Success Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they were self-employed as an Ecommerce freelancer. Since 2021, they have been the Head of Creator Care at Lemon.fm.

Barbara Vercruysse attended SKEMA Business School from 2011 to 2015, studying Management and Entrepreneurship. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Concordia University and earned a Master of Science in Management. Barbara also earned an Entrepreneurship certification from Concordia University.
