Adam Laird

Adam Laird has a diverse work experience in various companies. Adam is the founder of Ards Ventures since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked in Lyxor Asset Management as the Head of ETF Strategy, Northern Europe from September 2016 to December 2019. Adam also served as the Chair of ETF Committee in The Investment Association from January 2018 to November 2019. In addition, Adam was a Trustee of the UK Pension Scheme in Société Générale during an unspecified period in 2018-2019. Before these roles, they worked at Hargreaves Lansdown, where they held positions such as Head of Passive Investments from November 2012 to July 2016, Commercial and Vantage Development from August 2010 to November 2012, and Investment Helpdesk from August 2008 to August 2010.

Adam Laird attended the University of Bath from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Statistics. Following this, they pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2013, earning a Diploma for Graduates in Finance.
