Hagar Franco

Hagar Franco is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the high-tech and biomedical sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance at Lemonade since August 2017, Hagar has progressed from Finance Manager to Director of Finance within the company. Prior experience includes key roles at Ernst & Young from December 2010 to August 2017, where Hagar worked as an Audit Senior in the High Tech Department, managing diverse clients ranging from multinational companies to startups. Hagar also contributed as a Business Consultant at NOVA Project, aiding the Or Movement in community development projects. Early career experience includes customer service at Orange Business Services. Hagar holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev, complemented by studies at Bar Ilan University.
