Yael Cohen

Yael Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting industries. Currently serving as a Member of the General Assembly at Reichman University since May 2024, Yael has held various leadership roles at Lemonade since October 2015, rising from VP of Business Operations & Analytics to SVP Data and General Manager of Pet & Life Insurance, where responsibilities included P&L management, strategy execution, and alignment of data functions. Prior to Lemonade, Yael was Principal at TASC Consulting & Capital, having advanced from roles in financial analysis and strategy, and served as the Zell Program Coordinator at Reichman University post-graduation. Earlier experience includes serving as an Imagery Analyst in Israeli Military Intelligence. Yael holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Entrepreneurship from Reichman University.
