Carolyn Linthicum

Carolyn Linthicum serves as the Chief People Officer at Lemongrass Consulting Ltd. since April 2020, bringing extensive human resources leadership experience from previous roles such as Head of Human Resources at Octo Consulting Group and Vice President of Human Resources at Virtustream. At Virtustream, significant achievements included developing comprehensive HR infrastructure, defining recruiting strategies, and scaling the workforce from fewer than 100 to 400 employees within 24 months. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Texas Instruments, managing HR across three business units for 700 employees internationally, and as Human Resources Manager at Telogy Networks Inc., where foundational HR policies were established for various growth phases. Carolyn Linthicum holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from Towson University.
