Shyam R. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shyam started their career as the Head of Operations at Cpc Medical from April 2009 to August 2011. Shyam then worked as an Online Marketing Strategy Consultant at Pixel Studios from June 2010 to June 2011, and as a Consultant for Online Marketing at California InterContinental University from March 2010 to July 2010.

In 2011, Shyam R. became the Chief Executive Officer of Lemon Peak, a software company specializing in online payment solutions, digital marketing, mobile application development, and web design. Shyam created an engaging work environment that fostered constant ideation.

From 2012 to 2016, Shyam R. served as a Board Member at Conciergist, contributing to the company's decision-making process.

Shyam R. co-founded IV Support Holdings LLC in August 2014 and was one of the founding members.

In 2016, they took on two additional roles. Shyam became a member of 5 Mile Resort & Sustainable Farms, a budget-friendly and charismatic resort off the Gokarna coast. Shyam also became a Managing Partner at PayArc, where they provided payment processing solutions to various merchants in different industries.

In 2020, Shyam R. co-founded MantraPay, which offers payment solutions to businesses. MantraPay utilizes the latest mobile payment technology and integration tools to provide services such as one-time payments and recurring payments.

Shyam R. has a diverse education history. Shyam attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in 2021, where they pursued a Digital Marketing degree in the Disruptive Strategy Programme. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they studied at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta. There, they completed the Advanced Program in Fintech and Financial Blockchain, focusing on the field of FinTech.

Shyam'seducational journey dates back to 1995 when they attended the Government College of Engineering in Aurangabad. Shyam completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunications between 1995 and 1999.

Apart from their formal education, Shyam also holds additional certifications. In July 2020, they obtained the Certified Blockchain Expert™ certification from the Blockchain Council.
