Luciana Salmon

Luciana Salmon is a Marketing Specialist and Event Coordinator at Lemontech since September 2021, focusing on brand positioning in the legal sector and fostering strategic relationships with over 100 leading lawyers across Latin America. Previously, Luciana served as Head of Marketing at Smart Fit, where successful brand launch efforts in Peru were implemented, and as Encargada de Marketing at JOBS Expertos en Recursos Humanos, developing comprehensive marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes leading marketing and communications at Adecco Perú and managing media relations at MAPFRE PERÚ. Luciana’s career began in customer service at Jockey Plaza Shopping Center and included an internship at OAS, where contributions included writing articles and press releases. Luciana holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communications and other relevant certifications.
