Mads Hay Pedersen

Mads Hay Pedersen has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mads Hay is currently the HR Director at Lemvigh-Müller A/S, a position they began in December 2021. Prior to this, Mads held various HR roles at Arla Foods, including HR Director for Arla Foods Denmark & Global Marketing, Innovation, Communication, and Sustainability from October 2020 to December 2021. Mads Hay also served as a Director and Senior HR Business Partner for different divisions within Arla Foods, managing a large number of employees and overseeing HR initiatives and processes. Mads has experience in change management, project management, and business development. Before their HR career, they worked as a Consultant at Compass Human Resources Group and held leadership roles at TDC. Mads started their career as a Platoon Leader at Dronningens Livregiment.

Mads Hay Pedersen completed their education at Aarhus University from 1999 to 2004, earning a degree in Cand.merc with a focus on Strategy and Leadership. Prior to that, they attended the Military Academy from 1997 to 1999, where they reached the rank of First Lieutenant. In 1994, they attended Horsens amts gymnasium. Before their higher education, Mads attended Glud Skole.
