James White

James White has an extensive work experience in the banking and financial sector. James most recently worked as the Managing Director - Credit Cards at Lendable since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Vanquis Bank as the Customer Director from January 2018 to February 2020, and as the Head of Credit and Enterprise Risk from July 2016 to January 2018. Before joining Vanquis Bank, they were a Senior Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, where they focused on unsecured capital modelling from May 2014 to July 2016. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Lloyds Bank, where they played a key role in the transition of an international mortgage book from standardised to advanced IRB and led a team of credit risk modellers. James also worked at TDX Group as the Head of Analytical Consultancy, where they were responsible for designing strategies to optimize liquidation performance and leading the analytical team in the advisory business. Lastly, they started their career at Capital One as a Senior Analyst from September 2007 to April 2010.

From 2004 to 2007, James White attended the University of Nottingham, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics and Management Studies.
