Jeff Neuman

Jeff Neuman, MBA, ITIL®, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeff currently holds the position of Vice President of Product & Engineering at Lender Toolkit since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at Rocket Mortgage from October 2021 to October 2023. Before joining Rocket Mortgage, they served as a Software Engineering Manager (Audit) at Thomson Reuters from December 2019 to October 2021. Jeff also worked at PwC Tax as a Senior Software Innovation Manager from September 2017 to December 2019.

Jeff Neuman's earlier roles include being a part-time Eastern Michigan University EMBA Alumni Association member from February 2016 to November 2018. Jeff also held positions at GE Digital as a Director of Infrastructure ITSM (Platforms, Product Delivery & Analytics) from July 2014 to September 2017, and as a Senior Product Manager (ITIL Application Platforms) from August 2011 to September 2014.

Prior to joining GE Digital, Jeff Neuman worked at the University of Michigan as a Director of ITIL Service Mgmt from January 2009 to August 2011. Jeff also held the position of Manager of Application Migration and Scheduling/Version Control for Peoplesoft from an unspecified start date until August 2009.

Before joining the University of Michigan, Jeff Neuman was a Senior Software Engineer at Kronos Inc from an unspecified start date until 2006.

Jeff Neuman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Security Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. Jeff also has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Computer Information Systems from the same university.
