Richard Rout

Richard Rout is currently the Director Of Technology at Lendesk, where he also works as a Technical Lead and Software Development Team Lead for Finmo, a digital mortgage platform. Prior to his current role, Richard worked as a Software Developer at Finmo and FACT0RY, playing key roles in the development process. With experience as a Lead Software Developer at Blatant Media Corporation and a Full Stack Developer at Replicon, Richard has a strong background in software development. He also has experience as a Software Developer at IBM Hursley Laboratories and as a Junior Technician at Wolfreton School. Richard holds a BEng in Computer Science from the University of York.
