Jessica Posada

Jessica Posada has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Jessica started as an Executive HR Intern at Target in 2015, where they learned about HR responsibilities and made connections with team members. Jessica then worked as a Campus Liaison and EIT-HR before becoming an ETL-HR, where they trained new staff and supported daily operational functions.

In 2018, Jessica joined ProLogix Staffing as a Human Resources Manager/Recruiter, where they played a pivotal role in launching the HR department and implemented various programs and policies. Jessica also revised job descriptions across all levels.

From 2019 to 2021, Jessica worked as a Human Resources Manager at Pace Dermatology Associates, overseeing HR operations.

In 2021, they joined L.A.Y.D. Spaces as a Virtual Operations Assistant, managing day-to-day planning of events and HR needs. Recently, they joined Lendica as a Human Resources Manager.

Jessica Posada attended Central Washington University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017 and 2018, they attended Paul Mitchell the School-Richland and obtained a Cosmetology License, focusing on Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. In addition to their degrees, Jessica also obtained a 5 Year Food Safety Certification in August 2016.
