Jorge Valderrama

Jorge Valderrama has a strong background in auditing and risk management. Jorge started their career in 2016 at Wells Fargo, where they worked as a Senior Auditor and Operational Risk Specialist. In these roles, they conducted audits, analyzed data, and provided insight to management to ensure oversight across Wholesale Banking lines of business. Additionally, they designed and executed testing to verify the effectiveness of controls. In 2019, they joined Bank of America as a Business Finance & Control Product Associate, where they proposed and managed the creation of a reporting dashboard that streamlined reporting processes and saved approximately 400 hours per year. Finally, as of 2022, they are serving as a Lead Auditor at LendingClub.

Jorge Valderrama earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, completing their education from 2014 to 2016.
