Michael Segal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and customer support within the financial services and technology industries. Currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales & Customer Support at LendingClub since November 2014, Michael has progressed through various roles, emphasizing operational efficiency and high activity sales. Prior to LendingClub, Michael worked at Apple from September 2010 to October 2014 as a Business Specialist/Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing a business portfolio and facilitating technology solutions for clients. Michael also gained customer service experience at Century Theatres from June 2009 to August 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from San Francisco State University and an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from City College of San Francisco.
