Theresa McCulley

Theresa McCulley is an experienced professional with a strong background in payment operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Payment Operations at LendingClub since April 2023, Theresa previously spent 25 years at Santander Bank, N.A., where roles included Senior Director of Payment Operations, Director of Electronic Payments, and various management positions within wire transfer and online banking services. Theresa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Albright College between 2004 and 2007.
