Chris Higgins

Chris Higgins is currently serving as Compliance Manager at Fluro since July 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Virgin Media from June 2011 to July 2022, including FCA Compliance Manager, FCA Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Mobile Operations Assurance Support, and Mobile Number Porting Technical Coordinator. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medieval and Modern History from the University of Birmingham between 2004 and 2007.
