David Carvalho

David Carvalho has extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Fluro since February 2023. Previously, David held the same title at Booking.com from March 2019 to February 2023. At Ocado Technology, David progressed from Team Lead (February 2017 - March 2019) to Senior Software Engineer (June 2013 - February 2017), focusing on the development of the Ocado On The Go iOS application. Earlier experience includes roles at WIT-Software as a Software Engineer, at PT Sistemas de Informação, S.A. as a Junior Developer, and at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade de Coimbra as a Developer. David obtained a Master's Degree in Informatics followed by a Bachelor's degree in Informatic Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra.
