Apostolos Hadzoglou

Apostolos Hadzoglou has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Apostolos started their career at BMO as a Financial Services Manager, where they underwrote lending requests, advised clients on investment options, and opened new accounts. Apostolos then moved on to First Calgary Financial as a Senior Personal Banker for four years. After that, they worked at ATB Financial as a Senior Credit Underwriter and Finance Advisor.

In 2008, Apostolos joined Suncor Energy as a Senior Advisor in Finance, and later transitioned to ATB Financial again, where they held roles as Finance Strategy & Operations Senior Manager and Senior Manager of Finance Strategy & Operations.

In 2015, Apostolos took on the position of President at ConsumerGenius while also serving as the President of LendingArch. Apostolos played a key role in the rapid growth of LendingArch as it became one of Canada's leading providers of instant credit.

Most recently, Apostolos moved on to become President of Loanz in 2022. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in finance throughout their career.

Apostolos Hadzoglou holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Maine/Nova Southeastern University, completed in 2005. Apostolos obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Calgary between 1994 and 1998. Apostolos also pursued studies in Political Science and International Relations at the same university. Additionally, they obtained an Applied Management Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), although the specific dates of completion are not provided. Apostolos also completed a program at the Investment Funds Institute of Canada in 2003.
