Lisa McNamee-Williams, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at LendingTree since December 2019, Lisa has previously held roles including Human Resources Manager at Selective Insurance and Manager of Human Resources - Research and Development at SAS, where responsibilities included managing HR business partners, advising on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
