Emma Kelson

Emma Kelson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emma currently serves as the Head of People Development at LendInvest, a position they started in December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Learning & Development Manager at LendInvest from January 2020 to December 2023.

Before joining LendInvest, Emma worked as a Learning Business Partner at Close Brothers from June 2018 to November 2019. Emma also held positions at CMS UK, starting as a Learning and Development Coordinator from August 2015 to February 2016, followed by a role as a Learning and Development Advisor from February 2016 to May 2018.

Earlier in their career, Emma worked as a GP Education Administrator at Health Education England from November 2012 to August 2015. Emma also gained experience as a Data Management Administrator at Michael Page in September and November 2012, as well as an Administrator at RecruitAbility Solutions Ltd from July to September 2012.

Emma Kelson received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Saffron Walden County High School from 2007 to 2009 and Newport Free Grammar School from 2002 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the TEIQue Practitioner certification from Thomas International in 2022, the PPA Certified Practitioner certification in 2020, the MBTI Step 1 Practitioner certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2019, and the BPS Certificates of Registration from The British Psychological Society in 2016. Emma is also listed on The British Psychological Society's Register of Qualifications in Test Use.
