Grace Effiom

Grace Effiom has three years of professional work experience. Grace began their career in 2016 as an Advertising and Marketing Intern at IMS IMMERSION (Advertising & Events). In 2018, they became an Operations Manager at TMBP, where they managed projects, tasks, budgets, expenses, and internal processes. In the same year, they joined Lendsqr as the Head of Growth and Operations Manager, where they managed product, partnerships, market expansions, employee directories, customer relations, and organization activities. Additionally, they formulated operational strategy and coordinated cross-functional team collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Grace Effiom graduated from Caritas University with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mass Communication in 2015. In 2019, they obtained The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Skills For Africa. Grace also obtained the Forward Program certification from McKinsey & Company in 2022.
