Ray Boyack

Ray Boyack is an experienced professional with a background in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead Access Control at LenelS2 since June 2019, Ray ensures service level agreements are met while providing coaching and mentoring to team members. Previously, Ray held the position of Lead Software Support Analyst, managing caseloads and supporting key accounts. Ray's experience also includes roles as a Software Support Analyst and a Technical Helpdesk Analyst at Atos North America, as well as a Technical Support Specialist at Verizon Wireless, where exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills were developed. Ray's educational background includes attendance at Greece Arcadia High School.
