Cynthia Lim

Cynthia Lim has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cynthia has recently been a Lead Engineer at Lennox International since 2023, after spending a year as a Plastics Engineer at the same company. Previously, they worked as a Research Associate at Lintec of America, Inc. for a year. In 2018, Cynthia held the position of Thin Film Process Engineer at Texas Instruments and also worked as a Product Launch Specialist at Goodier Cosmetics Inc. Cynthia has prior experience as a Process Engineer at L3 Technologies and as a Polymer Technologist at Imerys Performance Additives. Additionally, Cynthia has worked as a GIS Specialist at Apple, a Geo Visual Data Specialist II/Country Specialist II at Google, and a Process Engineer at Infineon Technologies. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in process development, quality control, project management, and data analysis.

Cynthia Lim attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge from 1997 to 2003. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry.
