Ravikanth Vajjha

Lead Refrigeration Research Engineer at Lennox International

Ravikanth Vajjha started their work experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from August 2006 to May 2008. Ravikanth then worked as a Research Assistant at the same university from May 2009 to November 2014, where they conducted experiments and studied the properties and performance analysis of nanofluids.

In 2014, Ravikanth joined Daikin North America as a Design Engineer 5 - New Product Development. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in introducing a green alternative refrigerant system and performed simulations and lab testing to optimize HVAC/R systems for better efficiency.

Currently, Ravikanth holds the position of Lead Refrigeration Research Engineer at Lennox International since March 2021.

Ravikanth Vajjha pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Ravikanth obtained their Bachelor's degree from Osmania University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued further academic excellence and enrolled at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where they completed their Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from 2009 to 2014.
