Wesley Draughn

Wesley Draughn is a highly experienced professional in quality and advanced manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager at Lennox International since March 2014, with a prior role as Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Previously, Wesley held positions at Advanced Technology Services from June 2009 to February 2014, including Site Manager and Project Manager, where efforts included the development of a technical call center for maintenance technicians and overseeing a maintenance program for a manufacturing plant. Additional experience includes roles at United States Gypsum, where Wesley contributed to the construction and expansion of wallboard manufacturing facilities. Wesley holds a Master of Engineering degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
