Cindy Cronkhite

Cindy Cronkhite is the Executive Director of Human Resources at UNC Health Lenoir. With a background in HR management and leadership, Cindy has worked in various healthcare organizations, including Orthopaedics East & Sports Medicine Center, Franklin Community Health Network, and St. Mary's Health System. Cindy has experience in benefits administration, prevention and wellness programming, and strategic leadership in occupational health services. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from L/A College, University of Southern Maine.
