John Wei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and project management. Currently serving as a CRM Senior Manager at Lenovo since November 2015, John has managed SAPCRM projects and led team operations. Previously, as a Senior Business Analyst at Lenovo, John concentrated on worldwide Channel Management, Trade Promotion Management, and the GTN area. Prior to that, John held the position of CRM Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation from March 2014 to November 2015, where a new CRM system and Call Center for the Infiniti Brand were developed under John's leadership. John’s career at Lenovo began in 2008, progressing through various technical and managerial roles. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Technology of Computer Application from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and Technology from Jilin University.
