Shan Liu

Shan Liu serves as Finance Director, Transformation PMO & Data Governance Lead at Lenovo since July 2023, overseeing global finance transformation strategy and project execution. Prior to Lenovo, Shan held multiple finance leadership positions at Microsoft from January 2011 to May 2023, including Finance Director for Global Operations Controllership and CFO of the Asia Pacific Operations Center, managing large teams and driving digital transformation and compliance initiatives. Earlier experience includes financial analysis roles at Cisco and Motorola Solutions. Shan is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and holds a BA in Finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.
