Shashank Tripathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT program management and delivery, currently serving as Regional Leader at Lenovo since December 2019. Prior to this role, Shashank held various positions at HCL Singapore Pte. LTD, including AP Delivery/Digitalization Program Head for ExxonMobil and Estee Lauder, and IT Service Delivery/Program Manager for Standard Chartered Bank. Shashank has a proven track record in managing digital transformation initiatives, engineering projects, and data center operations across multiple sectors. Shashank began the professional journey as a Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer and Airtel Broadband Services, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics from Mahatma Gandhi Mission’s Jawaharlal Engineering College.
