Deena Byrne

Deena Byrne is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at both Lenox Advisors and NFP since March 2020, Deena has also held positions ranging from Human Resources Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager at these companies. Prior experience includes working at Northwell Health as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Specialist, as well as roles at EVO Payments International, South Shore Association for Independent Living, and Compass Workforce Solutions. Deena holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
