Aanchal Jain

Aanchal Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Aanchal currently serves as the Chief Business Officer for Brand & Consumer Experience at Lenskart.com since October 2020.

Prior to this, Aanchal worked at Futurebrands from June 2008 to September 2020, holding the role of COO in the startup practice. Aanchal partnered with Indian entrepreneurs to develop strong brands, implementing strategies such as consumer insight, brand building, marketing, and analytics. One of the notable brands under their practice was Lenskart.

From December 2005 to April 2008, Aanchal worked at Tanishq, Titan Industries Limited as the Head of Marketing & Merchandising for the gold division. Aanchal also held other positions such as Head of Marketing and Manager of Retail Operations. During their time at Tanishq, Aanchal conceptualized and launched the first-ever collection of working women's jewelry in India, positioning it as 9 to 5 jewelry and making gold more desirable and affordable for modern Indian women. Additionally, they launched the fashion accessories brand fQ, achieving a turnover of 100 lacs in the launch phase.

Aanchal's earlier experience includes a role as a Brand Executive at Domino's Pizza from May 1999 to May 2001.

Aanchal Jain completed their MBA from the International Management Institute - IMI between 1997 and 1999. Prior to this, they obtained a B.A (Hons) degree in English literature from Delhi University, which they completed between 1994 and 1997.
