Merril Mary Mohan is a seasoned talent acquisition and executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in the technology and consumer sectors. Currently, Merril serves as a Senior Leadership Recruiter for Lenskart.com, Asia’s largest eyewear company. Additionally, Merril is the Founder and Non-Executive Director of The A Team Now, specializing in tailored executive search and talent consulting. Previous roles include Global Executive Recruiter and Talent Advisor at Prosus Group, where Merril led search strategies for a leading global consumer internet group, and a Research Associate at Korn Ferry, focusing on consumer markets. Merril holds a Master’s degree in International Business from GRD School of Commerce and International Business and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
