Sneha Bajaj

Sneha Bajaj is an experienced professional in human resources and people analytics, currently serving as the People Analytics Manager at Lenskart.com since December 2023. Previously, Sneha held roles at PhonePe as an HR Business Partner and at Samsung Electronics, where positions included HR Manager and Assistant Manager. During tenure at PhonePe, responsibilities included leading a team to support HR initiatives for approximately 2000 employees, optimizing hiring processes, and enhancing performance management practices. At Samsung, Sneha was involved in employee engagement analysis, organizational restructuring, and succession planning.
