Maria Kolosovskaya has extensive work experience in various marketing, sales, and strategy roles. Maria is currently the Head of Marketing for big and small formats at Lenta, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at X5 Retail Group as the Head of the operation and promo marketing department for TD Perekrestok from February 2021 to February 2022.
Before joining X5 Retail Group, Maria worked at LUKOIL, where they held several positions. Maria was the Head of the Sales department and Head of the Strategy and Development department from February 2020 to February 2021. From August 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Head of the Strategy and Development department, and from November 2018 to August 2019, they were the Head of the Trade-marketing and advertising department.
Maria's earlier work experience includes positions at Kimberly-Clark, where they served as the Project Leader and Brand Manager for Huggies Russia from April 2017 to November 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Trade marketing for GBA EAST from March 2012 to April 2017, Region Trade-marketing Manager for Ural from June 2009 to March 2012, and Senior Area Sales Manager from June 2007 to June 2009.
Maria Kolosovskaya completed their Bachelor's degree in Management of Organization from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) in 2008.
