Janet Kootstra

Janet Kootstra is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business control and management within the pharmaceutical and bioanalytical sectors. Since February 2023, Janet has been serving as a Business Controller at Lentis, following a tenure at ICON plc as Manager of Business Support from July 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, Janet held managerial roles at PRA International, where responsibilities included overseeing operational departments and business control functions such as budget construction, government grants coordination, and management reporting. Jennifer’s career began at Pharma Bio Research in 2000, and Janet has also worked in various planning and consultancy positions. Educationally, Janet holds degrees in Financial Control, Technical Business Administration, and Business Economics from institutions including Open Universiteit and Hanze.
