Andreas Hessner

Andreas Lund Hessner serves as the Health Scientific Lead at Lenus, the world's largest online health coaching platform, since July 2022, focusing on health scientific strategy, innovation, and digital product quality assurance. Concurrently, Andreas is a Senior Health Innovation Specialist and owner at CrossFys, a physiotherapy clinic specializing in rehabilitation and injury prevention for CrossFit participants. Previous roles include Head Physio of Digital Therapies at Ascenti, where clinical strategy for digital physiotherapy was driven, and Head Physiotherapist at ReachActive.co, the first fully online physiotherapy service. Andreas has also contributed to CrossFit Copenhagen as a physiotherapist and educator, and participated in a research project on lifestyle changes for Type 2 diabetes at Trygfondens Center for Aktiv Sundhed. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southern Denmark, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
