Adrian Richards has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product for Riskfactor at Lenvi since June 2014, Adrian has also held positions as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Manager, and Technical Consultant. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at Reactive Insurance Solutions Ltd from November 2011 to May 2014 and as a Support Analyst at Linnworks for a brief period in 2012. Adrian's educational background includes multiple certifications in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, along with a higher national diploma in IT Communications from Brooklands College.
